Peak Organic Brewing Company – IPA

Get your favorite mug ready because the brewers over at Peak Organic Brewing are going to fill it with a golden American-style IPA layered with off-white foam. The citrus-drenched aroma will get your interest, but it’s the hopped-up flavor that will keep that mug tipping one satisfying sip after the other. Amarillo and Simcoe hops are used for the dry-hopping process, but the Brewers added Nugget hops to the recipe as well. Add a blend of Crystal 60 and Pale malts, and you understand how one beer can deliver just the right blend of pine, spice, citrus and malty sweetness.

Peak Organic Brewing Company – Winter Session Ale

Are you ready for a tall glass of USDA-certified organic beer straight from Maine? If so, pull out your favorite glass and fill it up with this American Dark Wheat Ale brewed for the cold days of winter. Winter Session Ale is brewed and dry hopped with Citra hops grown locally, and that’s all the deep red ale needs to pack a pleasurable punch of bitterness with heavy notes of citrus. The aroma may remind you of a tropical fruit salad, but the addition of dark malted wheat balances the sweetness with toasty characteristics. The winter has never been more satisfying.

Matt Brewing Co. – Saranac Black Forest Black Beer

Enjoy a dark moment or two with this black lager produced by one of the most respected breweries in the United States. The Matt Brewing Company crafted their Black Forest beer in true schwarzbier style, ensuring that it’s every bit as smooth and balanced as you would expect from a dark Bavarian lager. It pours into the glass a rich brown color with some hints of red and is quickly followed by a proud cap of foam and a complex aroma. Every sip brings a pleasurable blend of toasted bread, caramel, fruit, and spice. Hallertauer noble hops are clearly
identifiable, but the malts do their job of balancing quite well.

Matt Brewing Co. – Saranac Cold Brew Coffee Lager

An amber lager should look just as inviting as it tastes, and Saranac Cold Brew Coffee Lager lives up to that expectation. With rich red color and impeccable clarity, this is a brew that fills your heart with warmth just as it overflows your glass with plentiful foam. You’ll take note of coffee in the aroma and flavor right away, but it’s the undertones of caramel and fruit that set this brew apart from many other coffee-inspired beers on the market. The combination of Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Magnum hops with four well-chosen malts certain does this lager justice.
