How do I place an order by phone:

If you would like to contact BeerGifts.com outside of the hours listed, please leave a detailed message and someone from our customer service department will return your call promptly. You can also contact us 24 hours a day via e-mail

What happens if no one is home to receive a gift delivery:

FedEx and UPS will make three delivery attempts. If no one is home to receive the delivery FedEx and UPS should leave a door tag to let the gift receiver know that a delivery attempt was made and that they will return the next business day.

How can I track my order:

On the day your beer gifts order is shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email that will include your order tracking information from either FedEx or UPS. You may also request your order tracking information via our website here Order Tracking Page

Does BeerGifts.com ship to P.O. Box addresses:

Do to the fact that most of our gifts contain alcohol we don't ship to P.O. Box addresses at this time. Gifts that have alcohol need to be signed for by an adult that is 21 years of age or older. All of our gifts are shipped via FedEx or UPS.
